It's very hectic that the chat bot doesn't respond properly and displays that Limit reached visit some website etc.,...

By default, we allow up to 10,000 tokens per day for users to try out the ChatBot feature. If you want to go beyond that usage, then you need to sign up for an OpenAI key so they can bill you accordingly.

It seems like MIT’s free ChatBot usage has a limit, which might explain the 'limit reached' message you're seeing. For extended use, they recommend an OpenAI key, which will let you keep using it without running into these limits
