@Gladys_Poon i also got this problem when u add many images or any media files the size will be larger so use code.appinventor.mit.edu/login this allows u to create apps more the 50m mb o try it
or remove the unused images from the project or compress the images tinyjpg.com

It doesn't allow me to upload a file of 7,7 MB it says is too large but according to the AI2 the max is 10 MB
Is it a video file? If so, I believe the limit is still 5mb...
It's a song, but there are no complete songs smaller than at least 6,5 MB
Done a quick bit of testing and it seems that mp3 files > 5.2mb will not upload.

Use mp3 codec with 128 bitrate. 4min track should be about 4MB.
