Can only one ListView be used for both pedometer and alarm in the same app that includes both?
Without confusing its operation?
I tried with two ListViews but it gave me an error
ListView will show the list of elements you form...but it sounds more complicated to use a single ListView to mix two lists of different elements and then have to manage different actions in the same event... what error do you get with two ListViews?

It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and where the problem may be.
To get an image of your blocks, right click in the Blocks Editor and select "Download Blocks as Image". You might want to use an image editor to crop etc. if required. Then post it here in the community.
