Clock help please

hey im going to make a opreating system now i wanted to make a homescreen so i used clock to make date and time

now i want to know is the top one or the down one better also i got an issue when i open the app and build it the time does not change not the seconds nothing only if i reopen the it just shows the time since i opened the app help please
