How do you create button and button can be edited commands?

That depends on what are your needs Neil. Your question needs clarification.
If you are trying to create it in the Designer, just drag and drop a Button into the phone screen in the Viewer. If you are trying to create a button dynamically (i.e. in code, not in the Designer), you will have to use the DynamicComponents and the ComponentUtil extension together.
The documentation for Button shows what can be edited in the Button to change it's appearance and content. Some features are only available on the Designer Properties, some can be used using Blocks.
