I can't use the delete button, then the time and date that has been set to issue the notification doesn't work

Remove items using a local variable, then set again the ListView.Elements:

You forgot to delete the selected item from TinyDB1.

The ListView is just a fading reflection of what was retrieved from the real database in TinyDB.
