How to make this? (Convert AI1 Classic Blocks to AI2 Blocks)

I want to make this easy project.
But I can not found some blockes.
For example 'def variable' 'global source' and etc.
It is old information, so It may false now.
So how tomake this now?
Please teach me.

A very good way to learn App Inventor is to read the free Inventor's Manual here in the AI2 free online eBook http://www.appinventor.org/book2 ... the links are at the bottom of the Web page. The book 'teaches' users how to program with AI2 blocks.

You may have to find another tutorial in App Inventor 2 Blocks or use the advice in these posts from the old forum to convert your AI1 blocks to Ai2 equivalent blocks manually:

The Blocks you are trying to use come from an App Inventor 1 (Classic) Project. You may be able to google a similar App Inventor 2 Project. Where did you find this Project? If you have the name of the Project, it may be possible to find the same or a similar Project already converted to App Inventor 2 Blocks.
