I made 'dearsimple'folder inside the 'com' folder.
I copied and pasted 'memox' folder.
I delete appinventor folder inside the smali folder.
When I try to install memox_new.apk on my smartphone, the message "App Not Installed as Package Appears to Be Invalid" appears.
I'm looking for the cause of the problem. Can you please check if there is a problem with the folder path?
Most probably you made an error in step 4

No, not at all. Where did you install the apktool. Take a screenshot and post it.
(I installed it in a very old folder AppToMarket, where I signed my apps many years ago.)
1.download apktool from Install Guide | Apktool
2.right click on desktop
3.create a new folder and named it 'apktool'
4.put downloaded apktool.bat and apktool.jar on apktool folder
