Need help in making a Virtual Pet app, changing images with buttons

Hello i am a student making a project for school, I'm not very good at this application or coding
I'm making a simple virtual pet app
When the buttons are pressed they change the animation of the pet, I'm having a hard time making them change back to its initial animation that is "creature"
I tried the clock, it changed but only for a second, and it went back to the animation of the button

idk if i was able to explain this correctly, so if someone knows how to do this i would greatly appreciate
