Need help in project

I dont have any code and i need help for this project, can someone pls gimme the code for C++ in Arduino and MIT inventor for this project:

It is a project wherein if a certain condition is met by a sensor in my arduino project, it should send a message to the MIT inventor. There are 5 different states of the center and each should send a different message to the MIT inventor project (maybe a number from 1-5) using HC05 (Bluetooth). I can do the rest myself, but i dont have any code now because I dont know where to start. anyone can help me pls.
