Presenting shapes on top of realtime camera video

Hi all,

I am new to this platform. I want to present realtime video from the camera (no need to capture it) and on top of this to present several shapes (circles/lines/text). How can I put them on top and not side by side?

BTW, I saw that there might be extension (not sure if it suitable for me since I cannot open it):

You could try:

Procam - for the realtime video display

and

Repositioning Tools or FloatingView or MakeUpView or OverlapView
