Problem with iPad companion

2 things.

1. When connecting to iPad companion, an error message saying "Unknown method" appears

2. When using iPad companion, all sprites are in the top corner and others are hidden.

Please get back to me ASAP with tips, tricks, or solutions.

A screenshot of the particular error message would be helpful for us to direct our responses. It's possible this error message is triggered by the same underlying problem that leads to item 2 but it's hard to tell based on how you've described it.
