Screen blocks are gone!

Good evening to everyone!

There is a problem with Screen Component. I want to use the 'When Screen.Initialize' block to my app but I cannot find in block list, when I select 'Screen' from the left panel of block group in Block Section.

Please anyone help! Thank you in advance!

Now "Expert" is called "Default".
