Working with lists

Hi there,
I'm really not getting the lists thing. How can I use a list to colour a batch of numbers based on their value?

My little example app is attached. I'd be most grateful for any help!

In essence,

• make a list of the components you need to change the text colour for
• iterate over that list, testing each component for the value, and setting the colour accordingly
