Try to use Google Chrome of Firefox.

I try to use Chrome, it gives me the same error. The Edge is the latest version(Chromium).

I think the extension may be incompatible with your version of App Inventor, or perhaps it got corrupted during the download - worth trying the download again.
Definitely do not use the Edge Browser, it's not 100% compatible with App Inventor even though it is now based on Google Chrome.
Can you tell us the name of the extension and the URL please LiuLyxAndy.
Also, long shot, clear your Browser cache (FireFox, don't use Edge).
