App closes after i try to open a file

Hello, my name is Jonh and im kinda new abt programming in MIT app, and not long ago im having a big issue that is whenever i try to open the excell sheet or file in MIT app simply the app closes in my phone, my phone is a A52 5G, i dont know what is the issue, the file is not corrupeted, my phone is in perfect conditions, if someone know the answer i would apreciate a litlle hand
