Please create an internet call and SMS extension, so we do not have to use the "RECIEVE_SMS" or other permissions.
Why do you think you wouldn't need to ask for permissions?

Because voip calling needs only internet, while make phone call direct requires a permission for phone calls.
Why don't you use jitsi meet for instance?
