How Can I Make a Video Calling App?

so here is the thing- I made a voice calling app, and it was successful, but, I was wondering if there is a option to make a video calling app, if there is then pls tell how.

Not voice, video. Make your own app to learn. Using the AIA you will not learn anything. Aia is only for testing.
