Error during USB connection

Hi. I am trying to connect via USB from Chrome 128.0.6613.113 on macOS 14.6.1 to AI 2.72 on Android 13. Followed all instructions from docs. Test site with no errors. But there is error in terminal:

Error type 3
Error: Activity class .{edu.mit.appinventor.aicompanion3/edu.mit.appinventor.aicompanion3.Screen1} does not exist.

Any suggestions?

Do you have a Project open at ai2.appinventor.mit.edu?

Yes, I am on ai2.appinventor.mit.edu page, aiStarter is running, phone with enabled debug is connected via USB.

I loaded it from your Gallery link, and it arrived totally empty

no components
no extensions
no blocks

Yes is empty. But the problem is with USB connection, not project.

I can't replicate your setup, since I have no mac hardware.

The emptiness of your sample Project suggests that maybe adding a Label would prime the pump for USB serial data transfer.
This is a stab in the dark.
