How do I swipe between screens by touch screen?

Hello, I have an app which shows 15 text paragraphs, each paragraph shown on separate screen, I using only one Screen element and show each paragraph on Lable inside HorizontalArrangementScroll, What I ask about is how to scroll horizontally to next or previous paragraph using touch screen left and right?
