How do you send some information into a google doc?

Hello there,
I got a problem is that I don't know how to send some texte into a google doc to stock the information, i don't know if it's possible to do that but if you have a easier way to do that i will take it aswell

the final purpose is to get all the information send and get a pdf

If you want to interact with an actual Google document, you would require a Google apps script. It can be more complicated than working with a spreadsheet.
