Arduino Nano will be involve
Bluetooth HC 06 will also be involve
Brightness and delay time of the scrolling text will be involve

Ok, I understood it through Mechatronics, but how do I include the date, time, and power buttons to the block code? pls I need more directions on these.
It appears you are not familiar with coding using App Inventor.
- date .. use the Clock component [Guide] How to use the CLOCK
- time .. use the Clock component
- power buttons .. use the Button component
