I need to make icon to the app, what is the pictures resolutions requirements and what kind of picture (jpg, png, bmp, ..etc), and how to do this?

Best to use an image of png format
There are probably thousands of free apps you can use to create a square png image, but what you choose depends on how you are going to make your icon.
I mean meant how to do this in app, how to install the picture to the app, where is the choice
