How can I put separate picture in separate option of Spinner in MIT App Inventor?
The spinner component does not display images.
Use vertical scroll arrangement and in vertical scroll artangement add horizontal arrangement and in horizontal arrangement add image and text and use this extension for overlay Overlap View Extension: Create overlying layout

The App Inventor Spinner Component has the wrong name really, because it does not spin, it drops down.
I have a simple example of an image drop-down on my site:

Shows only a single column of images but you could have multiple columns or indeed a screen-sized Vertical Arrangement.
