Set a button over a picture used as background

hi to all
I’m a beginner …as by the title, if I try to add a button it is on the left side up of the screen…I need to move it but I can’t…how I can do it?

Pull in from the Arrangements folder in the Designer to line up components, per taste.
You can nest them.
