I am using 2 listpickers in this and 2 different text boxes
English to Albanian is working, but when I try to type the text in spanish and translate to albanian its giving me the same words typed in spanish text box,

The Translator component does not have many blocks.

I don't see a table of two letter language names, unfortunately, so I can't verify if "sq" means Albanian.
Regarding your logic, if you want to vary both the From and To languages, you will need to assemble a three way JOIN of the two letter From and To codes, separated by a '-' , for use by the Translation component.
The list block Lookup in Pairs would help here, to translate language names to two letter codes.
You would do well to search the Web for such a table.
