Trying To Remove csv row format data

Hi there plz guide me to Remove my csv row format data and store it in to TinyDB

Concept

1. Add New Data By User & Store into a TinyDB
2. Show it into a List of Data in a List view Components
3. After List Pick, delete the index Number data
4. Rest of Data Store into TinyDB
