Unable to load and use the Inventor on my Smart phone or install the Emulator

I have the programme installed on my Computer and I loved it from the start. But I cannot install the Emulator nor the ability to see it on my Smart mobile.

I have installed the MIT A12 Companion I installed on my Mobile but when I click on it I get the screen 'connect with code' and 'scan QR code'. Using scan option just updates the Companion and goes back to the original screen. I also have had the screen shot below.
I tried to install the aiStarter and I get 'The system requirements are not satisfied' during the final Intel Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager.

Having the Companion on your phone is the fastest way to debug.

To use the Companion, you need to open both sides of the connection:

  • AI2 Project open, with popup from Connect->Companion showing, with 6 letter code and scannable code displayed

  • Companion open on the phone, blue button pressed to open camera looking for the scan code

Regarding your emulator setup problems, that sounds like a Windows Home symptom.
