No extension required, if I remember correctly, just a webviewer and and html file.

First research html5 video (you can search on Google). Get it working in your computer browser as you require. Then try loading the same html file to a webviewer in your app.

You either need a url for the video, or it needs to be in the same folder as the html file.

If both are in the assets (media folder) then that should work, if you provide just the video filename in the html.

It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and where the problem may be.
To get an image of your blocks, right click in the Blocks Editor and select "Download Blocks as Image". You might want to use an image editor to crop etc. if required. Then post it here in the community.
