Can the drive link of the video be shared instead of the youtube link during submission?
Videos may be hosted on a third party service (e.g., YouTube), but must be accessible for judging. The submission form will allow you to upload a video or provide a link.
I guess you mean Google Drive. Yes you can do that but make sure the link works by sharing the file with everyone with the link.
