IN spite the fact that I converted input language to English. the program is still translate the voice to Hebrew make the if statement to invalidate

Looks like it works at device level? What have you tried at App level - show us your Blocks, with the App Inventor Interface set to English please.

Posting Code Blocks to the Forum: right-click the App Inventor Block Viewer workspace and select "Download Blocks as Image". This results in an image that we can see clearly.
